QDo you provide transportation to and from the hotel? (Can you provide transportation for just one person?)

We operate a shuttle bus service between Miyajima Pier and the hotel.
If you call us before boarding the ferry from Miyajima-guchi on the same day, a minibus will pick you up at any time including before check-in. We also provide transportation to the pier after check-out. -
QI will be driving. What should I do with my car?

Due to traffic restrictions,
sightseeing by car is not possible on Miyajima Island, and as the ferry fee for a vehicle is relatively expensive,
we generally recommend parking your car at one of the paid parking lots (reservations not accepted) located near the Miyajima-guchi ferry pier unless you are staying for an extended period. If you are traveling with your car and using the hotel parking lot (free of charge), please inform us that you are bringing your car over on the day you board the ferry.
Our minibus will come meet you upon arrival and lead you to the hotel. -
QI have luggage. Can you keep it for me before check-in or after check-out?

You can drop off your luggage at the front desk at any time, regardless of the time.
(Valuables will be stored separately. Please ask at the front desk.) -
QI have a person in our party who has trouble walking. Can they access the hotel?

The hotel is not barrier-free, but you can avoid stairs by using the elevator for getting around inside the hotel. The stairs at the hotel entrance and tourist entrance can also be avoided by using ramps or employee elevators. Please ask a staff member for assistance.

QDo you have wheelchairs available for use?

Yes. Inquire at the front desk for free rental use.
There is a limited number of wheelchairs available. Wheelchairs cannot be reserved. -
QWhat time are meals served?
Do I have to decide meal times in advance? -

Dinner is served from 18:00 (last start from 19:30) and breakfast from 7:00 (last start from 8:30).
We will ask for a time that is convenient for you on the same day. Please note that the start time may be changed on days when there is a special event at Itsukushima Shrine or other locations. Please contact us for more information. -
QWhat kind of lunches are available for children?

- Fried shrimp, hamburger steak, curry and rice, salad, etc. are served in a square “Bento” lunch box. A small selection of sashimi is included.

- *By separate order: One-plate children’s lunches including fried shrimp, hamburger steak, salad, rice, fruit, dessert, etc. are available.

QIs there a convenience store on the island?

No, there are no convenience stores. The nearest convenience store is a Seven-Eleven located at Miyajima-guchi.

QI have a celebration to attend. Is there anything I can order from the hotel?

We accept orders for whole cakes, bouquets, champagne, sake, and wine. (Advance ordering is required.)

QCan I book a night cruise? Will you provide transportation?

You can book both in advance and on the day of your visit. Round-trip transportation is available depending on the time.

QDo you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke may use the smoking area located on the lobby floor or the ashtrays located on the first floor next to the store and at the entrance to the courtyard.

QAre there any restrictions on the use of the public baths?
(Can babies and pregnant women use the baths?) -

There are no restrictions on age or other conditions, but we do not allow customers with tattoos.

QHow far is the hotel from Itsukushima Shrine, Momijidani (ropeway entrance), and the aquarium?
